4. Bypass Email Requirement:
   • In the Command Prompt, type OOBE\BYPASSNRO and press Enter
   • The Windows installer will go back a few steps and then bypass the email address requirement. You should now be able to create a local account without an email address.

When you download and install the free Windows 11 ISO from the Microsoft Software Library, you might wonder how the license activation works. It’s pretty straightforward. Downloading the ISO itself doesn’t require any payment or license key. Microsoft makes these ISOs available to allow users to install or reinstall the operating system. However, to fully activate Windows 11 and access all its features, you’ll need a valid license key.

For those doing a fresh install on a new machine or a virtual machine, you can still install and use Windows 11 without immediate activation. The OS will run in a limited mode until you enter a valid product key. This means you might see a watermark on your desktop, and some personalization features will be disabled, but you can still use the core functionalities of Windows 11.
